When your local council 'reaches out' to people suffering housing stress and essentially tells them to go away and talk to these people over there, might this be imagined as carelessness in regard to the stress and loneliness of the homeless and is there something missing?

LAUNCESTON COUNCIL AND HOUSING
After 18Mths of meeting the 'HOMELESS ADVISORY COMMITTEE' produced this.
Essentially it advises people suffering housing stress to go talk to these people
as people's 'homelessness' is not Council's gig. It is a sad reflection on city's
