"CULTURAL LANDSCAPE" A BANNED TERM

"CULTURAL LANDSCAPE" apparently is a banned term in Tasmania's 'Public Service'!

Now why might that be? It does explain why bureaucrats, and indeed many elected representatives as well, at all levels of governance refuse to discuss 'planning' in the context 'cultural landscaping'.

This is something that needs to be challenged. In fact we need to asking our elected representatives if they understand the term. After that we need to ask the various 'public administrators' what their understanding is given that they claim to be 'planners' etc.

However, it is a concept that applies across cultures and it does so without any hierarchical implications.

BELOW THERE ARE SOME GRAPHICS
THAT MIGHT HELP?!
